The grapes are hand-harvested from the southwest-facing blocks of Arrowhead Slope over several days, then delicately pressed in the cellar to preserve the fresh energy of the just-ripened fruit. After a long, cold fermentation in stainless steel, the wine is vibrant and bright – pale pink and alive in the bottle.
