Sandhi was founded in 2010 by Rajat Parr, the wine director for Michael Mina restaurants. They farm all their wines organically, using indigenous yeast fermentation. The Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir is an excellent introduction to their lineup with a bit more lift than you would expect from California Pinot.
